For all information on the available safety equipment and access to your property, please read the following and familiarise yourself with the locations of the available safety equipment.
Smoke & Carbon Monoxide Alarms
In Garden House are two fitted Smoke Alarms and two Carbon Monoxide Alarms. The first Smoke Alarm is fitted on the ceiling in the upstairs living space towards the patio doors, with the second located in the centre of the downstairs corridor ceiling.
The Carbon Dioxide alarm is located high on the wall to the right of the log burner chimney.
Fire Extinguisher & Blanket
These are located in the kitchen area and downstairs
The extinguisher can be used on anything that may catch alight.
Please do not remove these items from their assigned positions within your cottage.
Consumer Unit
In the event that you may need to turn off mains power or have a tripped power, the Fuse Box is located in the top left hand side of the cupboard to the right of the kitchen worktop.
